MCX Copper futures are are trading on a positive note, up 0.36% at Rs 1384 per kg right now. The counter remained flat in the day session till 6.00 PM. MCX Copper futures scaled an intraday high of Rs 1389 per kg today and have witnessed a significant 73.71% decrease in the open interest. US equities Dow Jones Industrial Average is moving higher by 0.12% on the day.MCX Copper is moving higher for two consecutive session.

In other metals, Nickel is modestly higher by 0.44% at Rs 1628 per kg, Zinc is marginally lower by 0.87% at Rs 440 per kg, Aluminium is modestly lower by 0.73% at Rs 341 per kg while Lead is marginally lower by 0.59% at Rs 194 per kg.

MCX Zinc has soared 10.47% in the last one week followed by Copper, gaining around 0.57%.
