MCX Crude Oil futures are trading on a weak note today in evening trades. The benchmark MCX Sep-26 contract is down 0.22% at Rs 7880 per barrel. US equities are trading in positive territory with NASDAQ Composite is gaining 1.22% on the day. MCX Crude Oil futures hit a high of Rs 7949 per barrel today and have registered a sharp gain of 5.46% in open interest. MCX Crude oil moving down for two consecutive session. The counter was down 0.03% in the day session till 6.00 PM.

MCX Natural Gas is higher by 1.11% at Rs 281 per MMBtu. The counter moved in a range of Rs 278-286 per MMBtu today. The open interest in the counter jumped 7.71%.

Natural Gas has gained around 1.76% in the last one week while Crude Oil has eased around 3.14%.
