MCX Crude Oil futures are trading on a weak note today in evening trades. The benchmark MCX Sep-26 contract is slightly lower by 0.15% at Rs 7827 per barrel. US equities are weak with S&P 500 remained flat on the day. MCX Crude Oil futures hit a high of Rs 7835 per barrel today and have witnessed a significant 17.33% decrease in open interest. MCX Crude oil is declining for two consecutive session. The counter rallied by 2.01% in the day session till 6.00 PM.

MCX Natural Gas is significantly higher by 3.36% at Rs 274 per MMBtu. The counter moved in a range of Rs 267-275 per MMBtu today. The open interest in the counter tumbled 38.79%.

Natural Gas has risen around 0.11% in the last one week while Crude Oil has slipped around 3.08%.
